Insecticide
It is an emlisifiable concentrates containing active ingredients
chlorpyriphos 50% w/w + cypermethrin 5% w/w balance, emulsifiers and
solvent. It effectively controls pest complex on cotton.

Equipments used

Symptoms may be combination of dizziness, headache, blurred vision,
excessive sweating. salivation, nausea and muscle twitching, symptoms
with cypermethrin include trembing, ataxia, allergy, localised skin
effect like itching and numbness, giddiness nausea and muscular pain.First Aid Measures
- Gastric lavage with 5% sodium bicarbonate may be given,if swallowed.
- Wash contaminated skin and irrigate eyes with normal saline.
Drug Therapy
- Atropinise the patient immediately and maintain full
atropinization by repeated doses of 2 to 4 mg. at 10 minutes interval
for hours together. The need for further atropine administration is
indicated by the continuance of symptoms. As much as 25 to 50 mg. may
be required in a day. The extent of salivation is as useful criterion
to follow in adjusting the dosage of atropine.
- Dissolve 1-2 gm. of 2 P.A.M. in 10ml. distilled water and inject intravenously very slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Precaution by Users
- Avoid inhalation and skin contact while diluting because of spillage or splashes.
- Do not mix with bare hands.
- Do not eat, drink, chew or smoke during application.
- Wash contaminated skin and cloths after use.
- Destroy empty containers after use.
Storage
The packages containing the insecticides shall be stored in a separate
premises or rooms away the rooms or premises used for storing other
articles or shall be kept in separate almirahs under lock and key
depending upon the quantity and nature of the insecticide.
The rooms or premises meant for storage of the material shall be well
built, dry, well lit and ventilated and of sufficient dimension to
avoid contamination with vapour.Disposal of empty containers
The package shall be broken and buried away from habitation. The used
package shall not be left outside to prevent their reuse. The packages
or surplus material and washings from the equipments be disposed off in
safe manner so as to prevent environmental or water pollution.Chemical Composition: W/W
