Insecticide
Is broad spectrum insecticide having contact and stomach action against lepidopetra pests such as sucking pest and bollworm complex in cotton etc. It contains 500gms profenofos (0-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl) -0-ethyi S-n propyle- phosphorothioate) per litre of emulsifiable (EC) formulation.

Compatibllity
Is compatible with other commonly used fungicides, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers in the respective crops. It is always advised to locally check compatibility.
Toxicity
The acute oral LD 50 to rat of is 613 mg/kg . The acute dermal LD 50 to rat>4600mg/kg. It is slight to moderately irritant to the eyes and skin of rabbits.
Directions for use
Measure out required quantity of the product and mix it well with a small quantity of water. Add the remaining quantity of water as specified with through agitation for high volume of application through knapsack sprayers or high volume sprayes.
Storage
The packages containing the insecticides should be stored in original containers in separate rooms or premises away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles particularly articles of food or shall be kept in separated almirahs under lock and key.
The rooms or premises meant for storing the insecticide shall be well built dry well lit and ventilated and of sufficient dimension to avoid contamination with vapour.
Precautions
Do not use cooking utensils for preparing sprays. Use stick for stming the spray solution. Wear hand gloves to avoid contact with the skin. Also avoid inhalation and contact with eyes. Wear protective clothing mask, goggles, boots,while spraying and do not expose yourself to spray drift. Do not blow with mouth. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handing or applying the product. Do not store unused spray solution. Do not spray when bees are active. When used at recommended dosages, no adverse effect on wildlife is expected, in case of any sign of poisoning, immediately consult the doctor.
Disposal of contain
Packages or surplus materials and washings from the machines and containers should be disposed of in a safe manner so as to prevent environmental pollution
The used packages shall not be left outside to prevent their reuse.
The used packages shall be broken and buried away from habitaion.
Polsoning Symptoms
Mild to moderately symptoms
Headache, feeling of weakness, sweating, indisposition, vomiting, nervousness, difficulty in swallowing.
Severe Poisoning
Profuse sweating, eye pains, pinpoint pupils (miosis) muscular twitching, speech disorders (slurred speech), hypersalivation, respiratory distress, colic heart complaints, convulsions, unconsciousness.
First Aid
Remove the affected person from the danger zone to well ventilated room or to fresh air and protect from undercooling. In case of suspected poisoning immediately call a physician. In case of skin contact remove contact remove contaminated clothing and thoroughly wash the affected part of the body with soap and water. In case of eye contact rinse eyes with clean water for several minutes and immediately call a physician. In capital of ingestion: if medical assistance is not readily available and poisoning symptoms are severe vomiting should be induced by tickling the finger on the back of the patients throat. Next repeatedly administer medicinal charcoal in a large quantity of water not: give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Antidote
Atropine in addition oxime preparation such as toxogonin under medical supervision. Injec 2-4 mg atropine sulphate (for children 0.5 to 2mg according to age) i.V. or i.m, every 5 to 10 minutes until sings of atropinisation occur. The patient must remain atropinised for a sufficient length of time (24 to 48 hours) to prevent subsequent poisoning due to delayed resorption.
